I'm the kind of admin that likes to obsessively organize and remove things that I know will never be used. For example: application monitor templates in SAM. I went through and deleted all of the templates for applications and operating systems that I know we will never have in our environment. <Glares at Oracle warily.> 
It would be nice if removed templates would not get re-introduced when Orion updates get installed. I would be OK with new templates being added during updates, and could also settle for a review page (similar to the alerts migration summary after upgrades) that shows which ones are new, updated, or re-installed with the latest update.
