At this time, the only way to add nodes with dynamic IPs is to add them one by one. If I want to poll with SNMP, I have to wait until the node is online to add it. If I have a DHCP range on my DHCP server, I should be able to set up a discovery in Orion for that range and import all discovered nodes as dynamic IP nodes.
