When using the normal search method that will search by device name or customer name. Would be beneficial for it to also return results based if the last user logged in field also used to filter. The reasoning behind this is the technician knows the user that is calling or requesting assistance. Currently they have to ask the user to find the device name which is time consuming process for some users. If the user is logged into the device then the technician can easily search for the username to find the device(s) that the user is currently logged into.
