DPA does a great job of finding where there is lots of wait (big bars), but we'd love for DPA to indicate when wait time is abnormal - higher or lower than normal. Sometime the big bars are not a problem (that's what they always do), and sometime what looks "normal" isn't. New users often have to learn what "normal" looks like in their environment before they can recognize when problems are occurring. The anomalies would be detected based off machine learning, pattern recognition and algorithms versus pre-configured thresholds and correlations. DPA should present the anomalies visually but also have an alert to tell me when anomalies are occurring.
