Allow for AWS instances being monitored as nodes to be automatically removed or go into maintenance mode (to keep historical data) if it is autoscalled out

Have the ability to monitor AWS instances as nodes is great but when they get autoscalled out they are still NODES on the solarwinds side and Alerts will be generated because they basically don't exist anymore.

The following features would be great:

- Automatically (or with a button click) try to add new instances as nodes using a stored snmp credential or try to connect to an agent

- Allow option to suppress alerts for AWS instances that are managed as nodes if they are auto scaled into oblivion

- Automatically put those nodes in maintenance mode- perhaps with an expiry on the data (we want to see the historical data if needed- 90 days would be great)
