In our environment, we have IP space reserved for internally routable addresses. We also have IP space reserved for non internally routable addresses. We'd like to allow duplicate IP subnets/addresses for the non routable IP space, but disallow duplicates for the routable space. As an example, we may use 192.168.0.0/24 as a storage network in multiple locations but 192.168.1.0/24 is a unique internally routable subnet.
