I would like to be able to have the NOC execute an alert action such as execute a program, restart a service, etc directly from the All Active Alerts resource.
I have a script the auto-generates tickets into our ticketing system. I would like for the NOC to be able to decide if the ticket needs created before it gets sent
to the ticketing system.
I do not want to fully automate the ticketing process because if I have a sites router go down then all of it's downstream neighbors would also create tickets.
The network I manage is far to large/complex to do alert suppression on.
