New user question: Monitoring port / user usage possible?

Is is possible using NTA to monitor a single port for Internet traffic? Either at the protocol level or the IP destination (our proxy server)? Our proxy server and our WAN router both are corporate controlled and we have no access to either, but we are monitoring our local Cisco switches via Solar Winds.

As I understand it the Netflow information is sent based off of Layer 3 interfaces only so I don't believe you can filter down to this level on a simple switch port (now you should be able to report off that one machine's IP address however)
