Our Windows administration team is supporting a lot of people and PCs with Dameware Remote Control in our company.
And we have the rule und the configuration that to see a remote PC via Dameware is only possible if the customer acknowledged that.
That's working fine. But sometimes it would be good if we could work at a remote PC if nobody is loged it at all.
So we could solve problems if the customer is not in the office (on holiday, business trip, or just if the customer is comming later to work than I.)
But with all the versions of dameware this is not possible until now. Our Solarworld customer support has already created a feature request for this.
But he told me that he can not tell me if this feature request will be implemented in one of the next versions. It depends on if ther are some more people who also would like to see this feature.
That's why I also want to introduce this idea here in the community. May be also somebody else would like this feature.
