Lem Backups Need to support SMB Signing

We are required to use SMB signing on all our network shares. This is creating issues when trying to do either archivecconfig, backupconfig, or logbackupconfig. Support has told us while working Case #634546 that SMB signing is the root cause of our issue. As a DOD customer this is needed for us to operate.

I think this issue will be fixed with our upcoming release - keep an eye out for the LEM 6.2 release candidate.
