If you're not familiar, in order to obtain CLI access to the Cisco Call Manager Express / Unity Express interface, you must first Telnet to the router and after in Priv Exec mode, issue a "service-module service-Engine 0/0 session" command to access the Unity (voicemail) configuration module. This interface is "IOS-like".
Does anyone have a defined device template for a "Cisco Unity Express" to feed Cirrus' scheduled configuration backups? I could probably create a custom script to telnet to the router, then enter the service module, then execute a 'show run', but if someone has a template, it would save time.
