Add the features of DPM for 20 Databases over the number of DPA licences

Once you purchase a licenses for DPA you lose the ability to use DPM for 20 databases, and DPM becomes DPA. It would be nice if you could retain the ability to use DPM in the full product for 20 databases over that licensed for DPA, rather than losing a feature when you license DPA.
