I know that Solarwinds provides a banner option within the website settings whenever someone is on the login page. However, when you have SSO enabled through IIS, you dont get a banner. It would be nice to see an option box to allow a banner popup when authenticating to the website when using SSO. This would be great especially for secured networks (IE government computers) to inform the end-user.
