Custom Propery's - Vaule must be specified

Would like a option within custom property's and were the value must be specified is set, you can configure this by node type. i.e. if a server team create a custom field with a vaule must be specified it only applies to server nodes and not any network devices to keep the network team happy !!!!!.

I could see the benefit. For instance, I alert on WAN connections and included the circuit ID as a custom property. By having an option to require the field, that would ensure additional nodes being added have the required information populated. Good call!!!!
