Found a weird situation where if user clicks on, for example, the Memory Used in the CPU Load & Memory Statistics resource on the Node Details Page, they go to the old cell charts edit page. If admin does same the chart opens in the Perf Analysis window. This is not good as many users would benefit from this view but should not have full admin rights.
This needs to be corrected so that a user does NOT need admin rights in order to view resources in Perf Analysis view as opposed to old style cell charts
