We are specifically talking about Incident lists with custom views. Currently you edit the list to show what you want>actions>Export CSV current view>go to outlook>download>launch document. We would love to see some sort of setup in the background to make these automatically run and get emailed to us once a month. I contacted support today and they said its not an option but may be in the future. I have to create an outlook calendar reminder to send this monthly ticket list to HR and now other depts are doing the same thing. Automating the process in any way, would be helpful.
