SolarWinds GUI - concurrent user limit option

I understand that maybe this will not help everyone but there could be certain clients who would like this option. Ideally SolarWinds GUI will work fine for upto 50 concurrent users (not sure how many concurrent users does 2020.2.4/5 support) but then there are several others reasons like hammering views on your home page or custom resources or lot of other things that are being done simultaneously by these users.

If you could add in an option called 'Concurrent User Limit = X' which can be managed by a SolarWinds Admin that would be great, you can use this option to restrict concurrent user login and access and as well during maintenance period like upgrade we can set this to 1 -> 'Concurrent User Limit =1' this will restrict other users to login while we are still validating our upgrade during maintenance period.

Another reason that I can think of, say suppose our Additional Web Server and Primary Poller UI both are up and running we can use 'Concurrent User Limit' on both which will restrict users to access only one particular URL at any given point in time.

We have primary poller and additional web server. The IP / hostname of both the servers are binded on F5 load balancer. So, we are using a https URL to access solarwinds web console as LB will forward requests to any of the server (Primary or AWS).

The issue is, we occasionally face session time out issues while navigating to the web console. Though we have already disabled session time out from console settings. We tried to replicate the same issue while accessing it through primary server or AWS but it was working absolutely fine. However, when we use URL that is binded on LB, we start facing 'Session time out' at an irregular intervals. We have observed this after v2019.4 onwards.

Adding to this, I would like to know the term concurrent users. What does concurrent users indicates? Is that referring to number of sessions (tabs) of browser where solarwinds is open?

Concurrent users - Number of Users accessing SolarWinds UI simultaneously at any given point in time, number of sessions/stale sessions can be an add on to the feature request that I just posted - eventually the main purpose is to capture the load on the Web server and that's directly proportional to the performance issues that happens on the UI (be it timeout or UI being slow or UI being in accessible).
