I would like to be able to document the purpose of an alert blackout within the blackout itself. This should be a trivial enhancement, adding one VARCHAR column to a table and a textbox to both the Add New Blackout and Edit Blackout dialog boxes. It would be a bonus to have a Description column added to the grid on http://{server:port}/iwc/alertMain.iwc?pm=P. I would like to see an allowed text length of at least 100, and hopefully more like 1,000.
