According to the VMan 5.0.3 Release Notes, VMan has not yet support Hyper-V Japanese version:
Only collects from English versions of Hyper-V servers.129493
Though I want to recommend VMan to my organization as well as my customers here in Japan,
it is completelyimpossible right now. Also, I cannot evaluate VMan with my Hyper-V installation. sigh.
