DPA custom alerts "Execution Interval" needs to be more granular or expanded.

I have a need for an alert to run monthly. It would be very helpful if the "Execution Interval" can be expanded to include a day of the month. Say a alert needs to be run on the 1st or the 3rd of every month! We company does have a need for this. Our current process is very complex and prone to errors.

Also, we have a need to run alerts on the quart and half hours of every hour or a given hour of the day. Say an alert needs to be run at 6:15, 7:15 and 8:15 or just at half past every hour.

If there is already a way to do these things please let me know. I cannot seem to find them in the product.
