We use alphanumbers for all the employees here for all AD accounts which is used to create Orion accounts. It would be nice to able to add description or actual names/user roll in extra field to identify a user.
I'm also wanting some "extra" info in all of the account related settings (Orion user, Windows User, AD Groups). If you're voting for this, here are some other requests related to trying to keep track of account attributes:
