Two pieces to this request.
1. The ability to change the polling engine on a subet as a group, just like in manage entities. We could select 200 subnets and change the polling engine with one process.
2. The option to set IPAM polling as "distributed" or a way that the pollers share the load. Then if a poller is down, the others will take its load.
