how to active my software

I am an end user of Dameware mini remote control 10.0.0.372. Since our company have bought the Dameware license, but I still cannot run dameware now, may I know how to active my software.

Hi when you run the DMRC there is an popup asking to enter license/purchase. if not then go to start all program Solarwinds/Dameware and open Dameware Licensor.

another option to manage all of your Solarwinds products is to download Solarwinds license manager SolarWinds License Manager
