SRM Module + Profiler Sharing Licensing

I have just started working with the SRM module and have begun adding devices into it. I noticed after adding one of our Isilons that SRM is counting the number of disks twice - Once as Profiler Disks and once as SRM Module disks. It shows 0 on the shared line. Any idea why they aren't sharing the license? I have entered the node with the same IP as it is in Profiler.

Hmm, that can explain that , and that also might point to a bug in SRM Orion. I'd suggest you to open an Support ticket to let us able to take a look on that.

Hi,

this seems like a bug with identification of the storage array. Would you do me a favor please? Could you share with me Serial number of the array that SRM Profiler is showing and also Serial number what SRM Orion is showing?

Interesting, the Serial Number field is blank on SRM. That may explain it.
