Our company purchased Serv-U for our FTP server in 2010. People who created credentials left the company, so we don't have userid/pwd to connect to Serv-U and create additional accounts.
Is there any way to recover Serv-U userid/pwd?

Do you have any login accounts with admin privs? If yes, look here and search for recover password - http://www.serv-u.com/serv-u-administrator-guide.pdf
By default, passwords are stored with a one-way encryption scheme and can't be recovered. If you have local access to Serv-U via the admin console, you can just reset their passwords. If it's the admin console which is password protected and you don't have access to it, you should open a support ticket for information on how to reset it to gain access again.
