I would like to change the alarm status from solarwinds from active to waiting for supplier. Today you can not do this and when talking to service-now it is very difficult to do that. As it seems to me today, when you set the alarm as a pending provider, the status changes to current but it's not the status I want on some issues you're locked through solarwinds unfortunately.
