Desire to purchase an "unlimited" or large element count license to support multiple remote facilities (64 in our case).
WAN bandwidth is not robust enough at many locations to support a central server install model.
Would prefer to install the SAM server at the local site and then have the ability to allocate element licensing around the business as desired.
A central "element" server/manager would provide this capability.
