Add notes (or labels) to downtime

We're monitoring a lot of sites with Pingdom and every month we evaluate uptimes. It would make this process a lot easier if we could add notes to downtime (e.g. ddos or deployment failure) in order to track the reasons of downtimes.

Hi @vancalker Thanks for the request. A few follow up questions for you to help me better understand:

How granular are you looking for tagging to be? Tagging each individual failed test, or a set of failed tests in a check to mark a larger "incident", or something else completely?
When you do the monthly reviews, what view are you looking at? Are you looking at the main landing page of an uptime check: https://my.pingdom.com/app/newchecks/checks or drilling down into an individual check?
Are your monthly reviews something you do in real time with a group or is it a type of report you send to someone?
