When creating a new application monitoring template, there is a redundant page in the process:
The second-to-last page, titled "Add to application monitor or template", shows all of the components that were just selected.
Then, the following "Confirm" page shows the same exact list, just with 'delete' buttons next to each item. Why the extra page loads and clicks? Can the previous page be removed?
