When we have a problem with the platform or any module, the support ask first for diagnostic, but the diagnostic includes sensitive information such as IP addresses, MAC , node names and more, where the cyber team is not allowing to send, and this makes the handballing of the case less effective or even impossible.
I am an integrator that works with Solarwinds products in banks, hospitals and other places where we are not allowed to send diagnostic.
Please create a diagnostic that does not include sensitive information.
