Schedule Maintenance mode until status changes to Up

Allow users to schedule a node to be in maintenance mode until the next time the status changes to Up.

My use case for this is that I have several network setups that get torn down and setup on a regular basis, but I never know in advance when it will be coming online. This option would allow me to suspend monitoring on these devices without having to guess when it will come back online and risk either underestimating, resulting in false alerts, or over estimating and missing monitoring for a time.

I like the idea, but not sure how feasible it is for Solarwinds to implement the same

I have also suggested this to the SolarWinds UI Team.

In our case, for example, a disk drive goes bad in a server, an Alert triggers, the Alert is reviewed by an Engineer, new disk is ordered and Engineer wants to remove the Alert from the Active Alerts list while waiting to install newly ordered disk to avoid confusion with new Alerts and reduce the Active Alerts count. Eliminates the clutter caused when an issue is known and being addressed and leaves just new issues on the Active Alerts list.
