The ability to choose link type when creating a new widget would be extremely useful.
Some of the widgets we use in production make use of mailto links and rdp links for various alerts/statuses (Who is oncall for example).
Having the option to select which link type we'd like to use rather than defaulting to a weblink would make life easier.
