allow users to change their passwords

Users of Orion webconsole (local accounts) should be abble to reset their passords, or (better) it should be configurable with options like "lock account after..." and "user have to change password immediatelly", "change password every x days".

It simply make little of sense if I know the passwords of users... especially if I have no super-duper channel to deliver pass to the user. Organization with a budget for SolarWinds usually has to many users and locations to allow anyone to type password itself when creating account ;-)

Have you considered simply using Windows Active Directory Groups instead of local NPM accounts?  That way users DO get to change their own passwords, and you can govern their rights by groups or by individual user pretty easily.  Much more easily than with local NPM accounts.
