I'm looking for a way to backup my Solarwinds modifications, this would include tests, groups, thresholds, alert settings, etc... it would not need to include actual test results.
I don't care about backing up gigabytes of historical test results and screenshots, I just want to be able to backup everything necessary to restore my system back to the way it is now after a fresh install if it becomes necessary.
I suspect this backed up data would only ressult in < 10 megs and be easily manageable.
It would take me weeks to re-create all of the tests currently in production and I would never be able to get it back exactly the way it is today.
I also don't have 100% confidence in my enterprise groups ability to restore my WPM installation in the event of a hardware failure.
A simple export/import tool to do this would be fantastic.
