We should be able to check Page Speed credits via API

Currently, when we run https://api.pingdom.com/api/3.1/credits via the API, we only get these results:
"transactionchecklimit":25,"availablechecks":0,"availabledefaultchecks":168,"availabletransactionchecks":19,"useddefault":82,"usedtransaction":6,

It does not indicate the page speed checks that we have. Although it shows there is available transaction checks, we are unable to create a new one because the credit is already used by our page speed check. Please add the page speed credits when we run it via the API
