In the beta, I was munging around today and looked into the SQL Advice for a naughty SQL on a particular day. I clikced on one of the execution plans and it popped up into a separate window. I moved it off to the side and clicked on the next execution plan. Clicking on the second plan blows away the first window and creates a new one. It would be nice if you had to manually close the popup windows so we could compare the execution plans in separate windows.
