We have a QA guy that is tasked with making and maintaining recording but had to give him Admin rights in Orion for him to be able to do it. There should be a separate SEUM admin role or something like that.

Will this include the ability to modify the warning and critical levels of the different steps? We are looking at purchasing WPM Unlimited for several of our clients and we would love the ability to have them modify their own thresholds on those. Of course in our environment this would also need to enforce any limitations we have in place that makes it so our clients can only see the transactions associated with their ClientID.
