Change column width in solarwinds Uptime view to percentage instead of fixed width so that full site name can be viewed

When viewing the Uptime view, the Site name column is a fixed 180px - this prevents descriptive names from being shown or viewed completely and then very difficult to quickly pull information from the page.

Suggestions:

update the CSS to be a percentage - 50% seems to work
1. augment this with the auto-size to allow 100% of the name to be shown or wrap the name for full visibility
update the table element so columns can be expanded by the viewer to the width desired.
