Aggregate wait data by stored procedure

It would be nice if there were a way to aggregate wait data by stored procedure instead of all of the individual statements inside the stored procedure. It would be even nicer if you could baseline the performance of the stored procedure as a whole and alert when it is outside of acceptable range.

Even better would be the ability to aggregate by stored procedure even if it used multiple execution plans. For example, if you have a stored procedure that uses the WITH RECOMPILE option.
