Manage Nodes tool bar to appear at bottom of screen

Currently when using Manage Nodes this tool bar

only appears at the top of the page. It would be handy for it to also appear at the bottom so that when I select a node near the bottom of my list, I don't have to scroll all the way to the top again to select say Edit Properties.

Same for

which is currently at the bottom of the page. It would be great if the next page option also appears at the top of the page.

Or make it sticky to the top of the list....like freezing the top row in excel....
