I believe it would be great if SolarWinds allowed for reports to be flagged as public or private. Private reports could only be accessed (and modified) by the report's creator and the SW administrator(s). Of course, public reports could be accessed and modified by anyone with Report Management rights. Those might help reduce the clutter a bit for SW users, so they don't have to look at someone else's reports, especially those that do not concern him/her.
