We have the problem that our Department is Administrator for Solarwinds and no one else.
If a other Department change for example Windows Credentials, it should be possible that they have the rights to change this credentials. (But should not be administrator for Solarwinds)
At the moment they have to ask our Department for changing the Credentials.
This Feature is necessary for us in NPM, SAM
