Sorry I am new - was trying to find out how to get THWACK points for the (3) courses I just attended
I have already linked my account to the Customer Portal but my points did not show up??
THWACK points are generally assigned once a week. Depending on when you took the classes, you should see your points appear within about a week.

Just curious if I need to do something else - I have now been to (4) classes but still none of the THWACK points have been awarded. I have filled out the surveys, linked my account to the portal not sure if I missed a process somewhere?? Thanks!!

I did receive points for (1) of the (4) classes I took - it has been a month now for the other (3) but still no points for them....
Is this something you can help with or can you direct me where I can go to get it resolved??
