With the native Microsoft Tool "Active Directory Useres and Computers" you are able to copy a user account (right click --> copy...). It would be great if the ARM GUI could do the same.
Copying a user is never a good idea because it can be considered a security risk because you might copy too many group memberships (e.g. workers council group memberships).
That's why you always should use templates.
Since the question here is not for know-it-all instruction but rather for a feature, I find it useful in principle, even if it is contrary to good practices.
