Better user/group access administration

I would find it very helpful if we could create access groups comprised of Orion local accounts, AD individual accounts, and AD groups. Rights could then be controlled on that one group at a time and be applied to everything inside of it. This would really help simplify how we have access set up in Orion now.

I would like to expand on this very long conversation around Users and Permissions across the Thwack Community. It would be nice to have a IPAM like permission model along with this functionality above to provide any combination of user definitions using all types of users and the Admin/Custom permissions like in IPAM. This would allow read only, hidden, and mixed across all of the Orion family. This would continue to leverage Custom Properties as well.

Can you give a high level explanation of that IPAM can do? I don't have it so I'm curious how that handles permissions.
