We would like to see SolarWinds come out with a product similar to WPM but for non-web applications. We have several non-web applications that we would like to record a user's process flow and have it play back several times a day.
Example:
1. Launch the application ie: .exe
2. Login to the application
3. Navigate through the different menus on the screen
4. Log out of the application
5. Close the application
Similar to WPM, we would want to collect information from each step ie: does the application launch, length of time to launch, length of time to login, length of time between menus and so on. Unfortunately we have a tool dedicated solely to doing this function. If this could be implemented then it's one less tool I have to maintain. :-)
