Currently, all credentials in Transactions are passed in cleartext. I would like to see those credentials being redacted for obvious security reasons.
@rinat.kirimov have you checked out the new web transaction recorder? When you use the recorder to create transaction checks passwords are obfuscated. Would this meet your needs?
That is a nice option to have, but we ideally should not be using the plain text credential fields in the Pingdom web interface, and this tool looks like it requires installation in order to use, which might not always be an option. I have added a related feature request: Provide a secure credential manager for Pingdom - Feature Requests - Pingdom - THWACK (solarwinds.com).
