The whole world celebrates a holiday at some point.
Eg - Xmas/Christmas, Ramadan, new year celebrations to name some.
Why can't you include a time schedule to reflect this?
Maybe some typical, most common holidays that occur every year without fail.
Even Bank holidays - though I can't think how you would implement that. Maybe more interaction with outlook/email/smtp server...maybe.
