API /reports.public must also be present in version 3.1

In version 2.1 it is available, but it is deprecated.

https://api.pingdom.com/api/2.1/reports.publicI need to enable Public Status Page for some checks.We currently have 900 checks, and manually enabling/disabling Public Status Page is a lot of work.

I need attention on this request.We recently enabled MFA on all Pingdom users, causing the api/2.1/reports.public integration to break.Please we need to migrate to v3.1!
