Hi,
We have a model of HP devices ( J9850A and J9777A ..etc ),these models having 80+ devices and all the nodes which upgraded the firmware version from v15 to v16 series is not working with Hardware health status default and its showing undefined in the NPM summary. As an alternate we need to create UnDP poller for these many nodes. This seems to be strange and solarwinds development team to look at this feature and implement ASAP.
Also, one more thing, we have different vendor devices like checkpoint, HPE MSR routers and there is not hardware sensor showing as default for these nodes.
Just to brief : Hardware health monitoring is chassis temp, Fan and power supply.
We have raised the case against solarwinds support and they said to raise a feature request to implement this option by the development team based on voting.
So, Please implement this option ASAP. Thanks
